$$ \Rightarrow 1 = {{pI} \over A}$$
$$ \Rightarrow p = {{\pi {{(1.2\,cm)}^2}} \over {31.4\,cm}} = 1.44 \times {10^{ - 1}}$$ $$\Omega$$ cm
$$ \Rightarrow x = 144$$
